Shah is a Fellow Member of ICAI and Master of Commerce & Bachelor in Legislative Laws from University of Mumbai, has completed post Qualification course on Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He is serving the Profession since 2006 and has experience in the field of Accountancy, Direct Tax, Audit, Indian GST, Corporate Law Matters, Financial Planning, and Handling Assessment & Appeal Proceedings. His strengths include drafting, communication and organizational skills. He is a member of the managing committee of The Goods &Service Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra (GSTPAM)from 2009 and Jain Chartered Accountants Federation (JCAF). An eminent speaker & co-author of many publications, Blogs etc. CA. Hiral Shah regularly delivers lectures at professional seminars on Taxation. Also empanelled with ICAI as an arbitrator after successfully completing the Certificate Course held by ICAI & Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks. On the Academic Front CA. Hiral Shah stood First in Mumbai University in M.Com. Examination by securing 100 on 100 in the subject of Accountancy.

Mr. Suresh A. Shah
Experience: 30 years. The senior most person in the team and the mentor of the organization. He is a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor in Legislative Laws from University of Mumbai. Regularly appears before the Income tax & Sales tax Authorities and is an important part of the tax practice of the firm. His command on Accountancy & Taxation cannot be matched easily. He is very active on social forums and takes keen interest in various relation building exercises.

CA. Bijal P. Shah is a Fellow Member of ICAI and Master of Commerce from University of Mumbai. She has assisted various reputed CA firms like Aneja Associates. Has conducted Operations and Process review (Risk based audit). Vetting of operations manual with SEBI requirements for various reputed Stock Exchanges. Conducting Concurrent & Statutory Audit of Co-operative & Nationalized Banks. CA. Bijal Shah delivers lectures at professional seminars on Taxation.

C S Neha Gajaria C S Neha Gajaria has a work experience of about 16 years, of which 6 years have been as a Practising Company Secretary. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and scored All India 3rd Rank in her intermediate and is a Bachelor in Commerce from University of Mumbai. She has worked at various designations and as Company Secretary in whole time employment with corporate like renowned manufacturing Company, stock broking firm, a MNC over these years. She has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to compliances under the Companies Act she has also handled compliances with regulators like BSE, NSE and SEBI, FEMA, drafting legal agreements and documents, company mergers and handling MNC audit in liaison with the auditors.

CA. Rajendra S. Utpat is a Associate Member of ICAI and Master of Financial Management from University of Mumbai, has completed post qualification course in Information System Audit from ICAI in 2006 and Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, London, UK in 2015. He is serving the profession since 2002 and having experience in field of Accountancy, Audit and Direct Taxation. He has experience in leading Stock Exchanges in India like Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd (MCX), MCX Stock Exchange Ltd (MCX-SX) and BSE and CA firm like Dalal &Shah, Aneja Associates and Kirtane & Pandit.

Mrs. Jinal Shah is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University & has the experience of working with Chartered Accountants Firms for the last few years. She handles the Registrar of Company profile of the firm like Incorporation of Company, Annual Compliances with the Registrar of Companies, etc.
